David Brooks, MAI

Mr. Brooks’s experience at Altus Group, Ernst & Young, and Clarion Associates has been invaluable in his path to Integrity Appraisal. Mr. Brooks was published in the summer 2017 issue of the Appraisal Journal (link below). “Dark Store Theory” co-presenter at the 2017 Council of State Taxation Workshop in Oak Brook, Illinois.

  • RECGA - Member, The Real Estate Counseling Group of America (RECGA) is a nationwide assemblage of recognized experts, each a principal in a firm that provides real estate valuation, business valuation, research, advisory, counseling, and market analysis services. The organization was formed by Dr. William Kinnard in 1970 and currently consists of 29 principals from across the nation. Mr. Brooks was invited into membership in 2024.
